Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Quality Manufacturing Engineer to drive quality improvements, MES deployment, and process automation across multiple facilities. The role emphasizes traceability, defect reduction, and Lean/Six Sigma tools to enhance productivity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Manufacturing/Engineering/Quality or similar).
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing/quality engineering or related field.
• Experience implementing MES in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement across operations.
• Develop and deploy smart torque systems, automated inspection, traceability, and process monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, IT, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to improve quality and efficiency.
• Develop and standardize manufacturing quality processes, work instructions, control plans, and best practices.
