Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily plant activities in Rayville, LA, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met. The role includes conducting QC tests and coordinating with maintenance and production teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a supervisory role, with heavy industry or aggregates experience preferred; a high school diploma (or equivalent) and additional education is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for additional education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily plant activities to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Perform quality control tests for the product line per local or national standards.
• Create work orders and coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
