Job summary

Uzin Utz North America, Inc. is seeking a Plant Purchaser & Support Coordinator for our Dover, DE facility. You will manage purchasing, inventory, and logistics to ensure material availability and uninterrupted production.

You will work with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service to optimize procurement and operations. Strong SAP experience and manufacturing purchasing background are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchasing or procurement in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and/or Concur for PO management.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supplier coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create and track purchase orders in SAP and Concur for materials.
• Manage full procurement cycle including supplier acknowledgments and expediting.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams for on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment with warehouse and production.
• Update SAP records and support month-end tasks.
• Prepare shipping documents and verify order accuracy.
• Support door-to-door material flow and responsible audits.
