Job summary

Uzin Utz North America, Dover facility, seeks a Plant Purchaser & Support Coordinator to blend purchasing, inventory, and logistics with administrative duties. You’ll manage PO cycles in SAP/Concur, coordinate with suppliers and carriers, and support production planning to keep material availability steady.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in manufacturing purchasing, strong communication, and analytical problem-solving skills, in a fast-paced, hands-on role with 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years purchasing or procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and/or Concur for PO management.
• Familiarity with inventory, supplier coordination, and logistics.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and track POs in SAP and Concur for materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment and audits.
• Support month-end administrative tasks and SAP data entry.
