Uzin Utz North America, Inc. seeks a hands-on manufacturing leader to run the Dover, DE plant with full ownership of safety, quality, cost, and team development. You’ll bring 5+ years in process/batch manufacturing, maintenance management, and fluency in Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S.

You’ll guide a tight-knit team of about 15 while overseeing budgets and capital projects. You will partner with Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Finance, driving safety and continuous improvement across the site and
