Uzin Utz North America, Inc. is seeking a hands-on manufacturing leader to run our Dover, DE plant, owning safety, quality, cost, and team development.

With 5+ years managing operations in process or batch environments, you will lead a 15-person team, manage budgets and capital projects, and work across Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Finance. A degree in engineering or business and a Green Belt are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Lean, Six Sigma and 5S are essential for process improvement.
• Strong safety mindset and leadership of a 15-person team.
• Budgeting, capital projects, and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Run the Dover, DE plant with ownership of safety, quality, cost and throughput.
• Lead a small team of ~15, manage budgets and capital projects, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Finance to align objectives.
