Job summary

Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC is seeking a skilled Project Manager to own the delivery of all plant projects, from small maintenance to large capital builds, ensuring they land on budget, schedule and scope. Tight budget control is the top priority.

The role requires strong business sense, growth mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Onsite work at the Council Bluffs plant is expected, with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits described in our compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3+ years of industrial project management experience.
• Experience delivering projects in manufacturing or process plants.
• Ability to manage multiple projects; strong budget and schedule control.
• Proven vendor management and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant projects from initiation to closeout, including capital and outages.
• Define scope, develop cost estimates, prepare business cases.
• Manage budgets and schedules; report status to leadership.
• Enforce change control and risk management processes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Accounting to minimize impact.
