Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE license and PMP are highly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects to meet technical requirements within time and budget.
• Lead small capital projects (<$5MM) and manage resources across design and construction.
• Develop estimates, funding documents, schedules, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety requirements.
• Communicate with engineers, operations, and project managers.
• Conduct safety meetings, risk assessments, and manage contractor interfaces.
