Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities at the plant and manage a team of technicians and operators.
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently and in compliance with environmental requirements.
• Oversee subcontractors on special projects and cleaning initiatives around the plant.
• Coordinate task trainings and refresher trainings for the crew.
• Monitor operation of processes via control systems and visual observations.
• Work with lab personnel, maintenance and support teams to meet production targets.
• Ensure quality and environmental standards are met and review lab results on raw meal, clinker and cement.
• Take corrective action for production problems and report solutions.
• Inspect operating equipment regularly to sustain production requirements.
• Use SAP to issue work orders, time entry, and other system information.
