Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or 7 years Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 Years experience in leadership role in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes daily, weekly, monthly production targets and provides production planning via SIOP.
• Oversees adherence to departmental policies and procedures; addresses non-compliance immediately.
• Leads Kaizen and TPM events to improve OEE and cost reductions.
• Reviews production orders to meet schedule, quantities, and product specifications.
• Manages labor, assets, and material to ensure absorption targets are met.
• Directs training and orientation of employees to ensure EHS rules are understood.
