Job summary

Lhoist North America is seeking a Production Utility to maintain a neat, safe, and orderly plant condition. You will support plant operations, assist with cleaning, inventory checks, and basic maintenance under guided supervision.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, completion of an apprenticeship/technical program, and some production experience. The role requires physical work and willingness to work shifts in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Apprenticeship or technical program completion preferred.
• Six months of production experience in an industrial setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep plant grounds, buildings, and load-out areas clean and orderly.
• Operate mobile equipment (skid steer, loader) safely.
• Assist with plant operations and maintenance tasks.
• Check in/out and load customer trucks for outbound delivery.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and run basic tests on plant samples.
• Adhere to safety rules and environmental regulations.
