Job summary

Air Liquide USA LLC seeks a Production Manager in Longview, TX to lead syngas production activities, ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance, and develop a team of direct reports in a multi-unit facility.

The role involves coordinating with maintenance, managing costs, and driving process improvements, with emphasis on Life Safety, PSM and operational excellence at this critical site.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience required.
• Strong knowledge of process safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading production and maintenance teams in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, reliable hydrogen/syngas and ASU operations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and Air Liquide policies.
• Lead and develop direct reports; manage performance and training.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Center for TAR planning and maintenance.
• Manage shift reports, turnovers and incident investigations.
• Support safety, reliability, and cost-optimization initiatives.
