Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and high quality at minimum cost. The role requires a leadership mindset, teamwork, and a proven track record in mining or related environments.

Ideal candidates will have a related bachelor’s degree and several years of management experience overseeing large teams, with preference for Dry/Wet Plant operations and MSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in mining or aggregate environment.
• Three or more years of management experience with a proven record of managing large teams and projects.
• Experience with Dry and Wet Plant operations preferred.
• Advanced experience working with MSHA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate plant scheduling to meet shipping schedules and ensure maintenance.
• Direct supervision of wash plant, dry plant and mine personnel.
• Oversee truck loading and ensure quality testing and product quality.
• Work with HS&E to train staff and document training; ensure EH&S compliance.
• Develop long and short-term plans with Plant Manager to hit goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, costs, productivity and waste.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly production reporting.
• Monitor operating costs to provide high quality at low cost.
• Take corrective actions to improve or maintain operations.
