Job summary

LMS Corrugated Container is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, lead supervisors and hourly teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance at our Wisconsin facility.

You will drive lean initiatives, mentor staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Maintenance, Scheduling, and HR to optimize throughput and resource use. A strong background in manufacturing leadership is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
5–7 years of manufacturing experience.
3–5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and hourly team members to meet goals.
Oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure schedules are met.
Conduct regular team meetings for expectations, performance metrics, and process updates.
Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and resolve operational issues.
Track KPIs such as safety, quality, productivity, scrap, and downtime.
Collaborate with Scheduling, Maintenance, and HR to align resources.
Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
