Leeco seeks a Plant Manager to oversee production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory and maintenance at the Oshkosh, WI facility. You will lead daily operations, scheduling, performance monitoring, and adherence to safety and quality standards to drive productivity and employee development.

You will partner with maintenance, logistics, and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve uptime, and foster a positive work environment with strong morale.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in plant/operations management.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with production, warehouse, shipping, and maintenance operations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, logistics, and maintenance operations to ensure timely orders.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop supervisors and employees; set priorities and schedules to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Monitor daily operations including inventory control, quality assurance, shipping, receiving, floor productivity, and space utilization.
• Develop and improve processes related to product handling, storage, inventory, and workflow efficiency.
• Manage transportation and logistics, carrier relationships, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance to maximize equipment uptime via preventive maintenance.
