Fimco Industries, Inc. in North Sioux City, SD is seeking a Manufacturing Plant Production Manager to lead daily production, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and drive improvements across tooling, staffing, and costs.

This role partners with the VP of Operations and QA, Maintenance, Engineering and HR to resolve production challenges, develop plans, coach supervisors, and foster a productive, compliant, and cost-conscious work environment.

Formación

• Five plus years in manufacturing, with at least three years in production leadership or supervision.
• Experience managing production schedules, staffing, and performance across multiple departments or shifts.
• Working knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, coating, and assembly.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methods.
• Ability to interpret production reports, work instructions, and operational data.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily production activities across assigned departments and shifts.
• Develop and adjust daily production plans based on demand, materials, capacity and staffing.
• Monitor production output and address delays, bottlenecks, and downtime.
• Coordinate workflow among fabrication, welding, coating, assembly and other operations.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Communicate production priorities, schedule changes, and concerns to plant leadership.
