FIMCO Manufacturing seeks a Production Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring safe, efficient production of products and adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules. Competenze

• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience, including three years in production leadership or supervision.
• Experience managing production schedules, staffing, and performance across multiple departments or shifts.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably including metal fabrication, welding, coating, and assembly.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methods.
• Ability to interpret production reports, work instructions, and operational data.

• Manage daily production activities across assigned departments and shifts.
• Develop and adjust daily production plans based on customer demand, material availability, equipment capacity, and staffing levels.
• Monitor production output and address delays, bottlenecks, and downtime.
• Coordinate workflow among fabrication, welding, powder coating, assembly, and other assigned operations.
• Ensure employees follow work instructions, production procedures, and established quality standards.
• Communicate production priorities, schedule changes, and operational concerns to plant leadership.
