Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or plant operations with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of production planning, processes, safety, and maintenance.
• Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, and performance measurement.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, develop, and hold supervisors and employees accountable.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor production output, labor utilization, equipment performance, downtime, and scrap.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment improvements.
• Manage plant operating expenses, labor costs, and materials usage.
• Identify and implement Lean improvements and 5S.
• Coordinate with purchasing and supply chain to maintain inventory.
• Track KPIs and report results to senior management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
