Job summary

Lignetics is seeking a Production Manager in its Oregon mill to oversee daily production operations, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive safety and quality across all shifts. You will lead the production planning, coordinate maintenance and staffing, and manage budgets to deliver on-time, cost-conscious results.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Manufacturing/Industrial Management and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, with a hands-on, problem-solving leadership style

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead, analyze, and optimize production processes.
