LP Building Solutions in the United States is seeking a Plant Manager for a single facility to provide leadership and strategic direction for production operations, aligned with the company's values and safety standards. You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to meet delivery schedules.

The role requires an associates degree (bachelors preferred) and 5+ years of supervisory

Competenze

• Associates' degree in Business, Manufacturing, Production or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Or any equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities.

Mansioni

• Drive safety culture and implement safety programs across the facility.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, maintenance and manufacturing policies.
• Lead process improvement and cost-reduction projects as part of the site plan.
• Direct daily production operations to meet delivery schedules.
• Oversee hiring, orientation and staff development within the team.
• Maintain customer and supplier relationships and effective communication.
• Manage budgets and participate in forecasting activities.
• Ensure equipment and mill facilities are in good working condition.
• Prepare timely reports for internal stakeholders.
