The ideal candidate will lead training on lean programs, oversee kaizen events, and build cross-functional teams to reduce waste and improve quality, delivery, and efficiency. A strong background in manufacturing and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead a group or team of employees in the achievement of organizational goals.
• Drives targeted, sustainable improvement by leveraging consulting skills and change management processes.
• Create strategic plans to eliminate waste within the business unit by utilizing lean processes and metrics.
• Guides lean system initiatives at the site with leadership and regional peers on Lean implementation.
• Ensure that workplace process improvements are visible, savings are tracked, validated and posted.
