Job summary

You will coach supervisors, enforce safety programs, and ensure adherence to USDA and company policies while pursuing continuous improvement and plant efficiency. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' relevant experience required.
• Lead by training, coaching or mentoring staff or managing a process.
• Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office to streamline processes and boost productivity.
• Open to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency and profitability by monitoring yields, efficiencies, and staffing to meet customer needs.
• Champion safety and ergonomics through training and program implementation to aim for an injury-free workplace.
• Ensure quality and compliance with sanitation, product quality, and customer service standards per USDA and company regulations.
