Schreiber Foods in Texas seeks a Production Manager to lead a diverse team in a food manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will oversee production partners, set goals, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strict regulatory standards.

You will mentor supervisors, manage cross-functional collaboration, and focus on safety, KPI tracking, and customer requirements. Eligible for relocation and extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree preferred; HS diploma with leadership experience also considered.
• 2+ years Production Supervisor or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, proactive, accountable, and growth mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach production supervisors to drive performance and engagement.
• Set clear production goals and communicate expectations to partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across quality, sanitation, R&D, supply chain, distribution, and HR.
• Lead regular team meetings on safety, KPIs, and production challenges and opportunities.
• Champion food safety and quality, ensuring OSHA, USDA, FDA, EPA, EEOC, OFCCP compliance.
• Establish and monitor production metrics related to efficiency, safety and performance.
• Identify customer requirements and schedule orders to optimize production.
• Identify potential capital improvements and manage related projects.
• Lead change initiatives to introduce new technology or processes.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving.
