Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance inspections of the plant and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations and report issues to supervision.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and monitor site for safety or maintenance issues.
• Assist with crushing concrete and removing rebar and debris during production, including lifting and manual labor tasks.
• Conduct tasks to support plant operation, including cleaning, washing, sweeping, and shoveling materials to minimize dust.
• Cross-train and safely perform work of other jobs as needed to meet productivity goals.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
