Knauf Insulation North America is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support multiple plant areas, optimize processes and troubleshoot shop-floor issues. The role involves hands-on data collection, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related technical field) is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and present data to optimize processes for better cycle times and equipment reliability.
• Update training documentation to support operator competency and process changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and improve process control systems.
• Understand safety, environmental controls, KPIs and SOPs to connect plant performance to product quality.
