Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of process engineering experience, strong analytical abilities, good communication skills, and a practical approach to solving problems while adhering to ISO and Lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• 1 year of process engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• ISO and Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost reduction.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows and recommend improvements.
• Design and test process upgrades and new process systems.
• Troubleshoot production and process issues.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and process documentation.
• Support production control systems, KPIs, quality control, and employee training.
• Ensure processes meet safety and quality standards.
• Conduct facility inspections and support building-related improvement projects.
• Work closely with plant departments to improve manufacturing methods and performance.
