Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of progressive technical experience.
• Relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company’s quality system to media, government agencies, funding agencies, customers, and the public.
• Provide sustaining engineering support for manufacturing floor as required.
• Assists in the development of manufacturing methods.
• Supports product and improvement projects.
• Receives instructions on assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions.
• Receives/solicits guidance on unusual and/or complex problems and supervisory approval on work plans.
• Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their manager.
• Must be a team player as measured by his/her peers.
• Performs other related duties assigned.
• Prepares manufacturing documentation and conducts initial review of critical customer requirements.
• Coordinates with programming department in fixture design and creation.
• Generates Shop Inspection Reports in conjunction with Manufacturing Plans.
• Support customer needs in Computer Aided Design.
