Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field preferred.
• 8+ years in power plant maintenance or equivalent.
• Experience leading/supervising teams in a plant environment.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance (PdM) equipment and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PdM group and assign routes and priorities.
• Review critical PdM data and coordinate with maintenance/operations.
• Support root cause analysis and special projects.
• Coordinate training for PdM personnel and plan improvements.
• Provide technical support to plant operations and maintenance teams.
