Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. is seeking a Plant Performance Excellence Manager to lead PE strategies for manufacturing operations at our Lehigh Valley plant.

The facility operates four production lines, with a sizable workforce and a goal of offsetting cost growth through productivity initiatives. The ideal candidate has a engineering degree, 5–7 years in the field, Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean qualifications, and strong statistical/analytical skills to drive continuous improvement across the

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Preferred working knowledge in Minitab/Statistical software.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent facilitation/training skills.
• Expert statistical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proven track record of project management skills.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Preferred.
• Lean Qualifications Preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Required.
• 5-7 years’ experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide design/execution of PE strategies and programs. The role has 2 direct reports.
• Support activities to meet and exceed targeted metrics with cost productivity initiatives.
• Standardize and sustain best practices across the Manufacturing network of plants.
• Coordinate Plant PE Team members around initiatives and develop communication tools.
• Oversee RCA processes and follow-up actions; report effectiveness.
• Provide training to hourly and salaried staff for PE programs and opportunities.
