Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Plant Performance Excellence Manager to lead and execute PE strategies across our Lehigh Valley manufacturing plant. This role drives cost productivity, standardizes best practices, and champions continuous improvement across plant operations with a team of two direct reports.

You will coordinate RCA processes, develop communication tools, and train both hourly and salaried staff on PE initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Five to seven years of experience required.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Excellent facilitation/training skills and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support activities to meet and exceed metrics, focusing on cost productivity initiatives.
• Standardize and sustain best practices across the manufacturing network.
• Apply extensive knowledge of operations (Production, Finance, Quality, Planning, etc.).
• Institute and drive continuous improvement methods and tools across the network.
• Coordinate Plant PE Team activities on initiatives; manage RCA processes and follow-up actions.
• Provide training to hourly and salaried staff on PE programs and opportunities.
• Support local PE teams with data, DMAIC tools, and other needs.
• Maintain and report BevNet and FoodNet metrics and scorecards.
