Ocean Spray Cranberries is hiring a Plant Director to oversee blending, production, and on-line quality, driving performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage staff, improve processes, and maintain strong labor relations in a manufacturing setting.

Requirements include a BS/BA in a related field and 5+ years in a manufacturing leadership role, with knowledge of EH&S and FDA/USDA standards. Travel is involved, and the role partners with local and corporate teams.

Formación

• BS/BA in business administration, industrial engineering or related major or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in a management/supervisory role in manufacturing plants (food/beverage).
• Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety and FDA/USDA standards.
• Proven ability to work with management, peers and subordinates.
• Experience managing in union and non-union environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Strong influencing and leadership capabilities, team and independent work.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Good facilitation/training skills and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee plant operations including blending, production and on-line quality to maximize resources and satisfy customers.
• Analyze performance indicators and manage staff development and labor relations.
• Communicate plant status to local and corporate teams and drive improvements.
• Lead operational projects and participate in corporate initiatives as directed.
• Provide information and advice to Manufacturing Director on routine operations.
