Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. seeks a Plant Performance Excellence Manager to lead PE strategies supporting manufacturing operations at the Lehigh Valley plant.
The role guides continuous improvement efforts across production lines with a team of two direct reports and reports on RCA results and KPI progress. You will train hourly and salaried staff, drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and coordinate the PE program across the plant network.

This 300,000 square foot plant has (4) production lines and can produce up to 40 million cases per year.
