Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH Company, is seeking an Operator to safely run plant equipment, load/unload materials, and monitor fly ash inventories. You will perform tests, maintain records, and support routine inspections to ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant training or certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to read simple instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits and support zero-injury culture.
• Operate loading equipment and assist with plant production tasks.
• Monitor fly ash levels, perform sampling and testing as required.
• Maintain paperwork, reporting, and schedule adherence.
