Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company is seeking a Plant Operator to safely manage the operation of plant equipment and perform site work in our Texas facilities. Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, monitoring fly ash levels, running tests, and maintaining compliance with safety procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and may hold relevant certifications. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts,

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to support a zero-injury safety culture.
• Operate loading equipment and oversee loading/unloading of materials.
• Monitor and record fly ash levels, perform tests, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain production paperwork and reports.
• Provide on-site maintenance support and assist with repairs and projects.
