Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company, a CRH Company, is seeking an operator to safely and efficiently run plant equipment and perform site work. You will oversee loading and unloading materials, monitor inventory, test materials, and ensure compliance with safety regulations at our Henderson, CO facility.

You will join a team focused on operational targets, reliability, and continuous improvement. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant experience; lifting up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills for conveying instructions and reporting issues.
• Observes safety and security procedures and follows all safety absolutes.
• Capacity to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and adjust operations.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to support zero-injury safety culture.
• Monitor and record fly ash levels in silos and place orders as needed.
• Load and unload materials and operate loading equipment on site.
• Perform routine inspections and assist with maintenance or repairs as required.
• Maintain paperwork and reports and ensure timely communication with supervisors.
