Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company is seeking a Plant Operator to safely run plant equipment, oversee loading/unloading, monitor fly ash levels, and perform routine inspections. You will help maintain safety standards and efficient operations at our site.

The role requires strong teamwork, good communication, and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. A High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of relevant experience are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate site equipment.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to support a zero-injury culture.
• Monitor and record fly ash levels in silos and place orders as needed.
• Load/unload materials and operate loading equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and assist maintenance as required.
• Maintain paperwork and reports, and ensure safety compliance.
