Job summary

Midsouth Aggregates, a CRH Company, is seeking a reliable Plant Operator to weigh and deliver aggregates and support loadout operations. You will collaborate with plant crews to keep production efficient while adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, following OSHA/MSHA procedures, operating gauges, recording production data, and assisting with maintenance. Night and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to operate plant equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Night and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-shift inspection of plant to ensure operational safety and readiness.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe work.
• Answer telephone, radio, and input orders accurately.
• Observe gauges and operation of machinery to meet specifications.
• Assist in maintenance and in compiling reports on production and maintenance.
• End-of-shift inspection of plant and safety items.
