Job summary

The position requires following OSHA/MSHA procedures, performing pre-shift inspections, and contributing to maintenance and reporting. Night/weekend shifts may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Pre-shift inspection of plant to ensure operational order and safety compliance.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant controls to weigh and deliver aggregates for loadout.
• Monitor gauges and machinery to ensure processing specs are met.
• Assist in maintenance and in compiling reports on production and maintenance.
• Inspect plant and safety items at the end of each shift.
• Grease equipment and clean up at shift end.
• Attend according to company attendance policy to maintain normal crew efficiency.
