Midsouth Aggregates, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Operator in Monterey, TN to operate plant controls, weigh and deliver aggregates for loadout, and collaborate with the crew for efficient production. This role requires adherence to safety rules and ability to work nights and weekends when needed.

The successful candidate will monitor gauges, assist with maintenance, and ensure safe operations throughout each shift in a construction materials environment.

Qualifications

• Pre-shift inspections to ensure operational order and safety compliance.
• Ability to follow OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe procedures and environment.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant controls to weigh and deliver specified quantities for loadout.
• Monitor gauges and machinery to meet processing specifications.
• Assist in maintenance and reporting on plant production and maintenance.
• Maintain safety items and cleanliness at end of shifts.
