• Knowledge of boiler operations and steam generation processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant operational data and emissions to ensure safe, compliant operation.
• Respond to changing plant conditions to maintain safety and performance.
• Support boiler combustion, steam flow and power generation operations.
• Coordinate and train assistant operators and other plant personnel as required.
• Carry out equipment inspections during outages.
• Perform maintenance tasks on boilers and plant equipment.
• Assist with plant operations and checks across the facility.
• Step in as acting Shift Supervisor when required.
