MRC Recruiting client is hiring a Plant Operator to ensure safe, efficient operation of processing circuits and equipment that recover critical materials from recycled feedstock. You will take readings, adjust equipment, log data, monitor flows, and handle chemicals with proper PPE.

The role is full-time, on-site with rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. The company emphasizes safety, attendance, and a teamwork-driven environment while offering competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of experience working in a processing facility.
• Ability to communicate in English regarding job assignments, procedures, and safety standards.
• Must be able to work in hot or cold weather and on a rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated safety record and reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct pre-shift area exams and equipment inspections; document unresolved items.
• Operate circuits and equipment safely within designated limits.
• Monitor and control product flows; perform calculations and adjustments.
• Ensure sampling at correct intervals and document per procedure.
• Perform minor mechanical tasks and preventive maintenance within training scope.
• Maintain housekeeping and report safety or environmental concerns.
