Responsibilities

• Forklift operation to move materials and products safely.
• Operate and monitor shredders, balers, and conveyors.
• Load raw materials into machines and unload recyclables.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to maintenance.
• Sort recyclables before and after processing.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance.
• Transport and store recyclables in an organized environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth shifts.
• Follow environmental procedures to reduce contamination.
