Eco Material Technologies in Pomona, CA is seeking an Operator to run plant equipment safely and efficiently. You will oversee loading and unloading fly ash, monitor silo inventories, perform testing, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

This role blends technical troubleshooting with reliable teamwork to meet daily production targets and maintain quality standards. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic machinery.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to help create a zero-injury safety culture.
• Attend safety meetings and follow all safety guidelines as required.
• Monitor and record levels of fly ash in silos and place orders as needed.
• Load trucks, rail cars or barges with fly ash directly from the silo.
• Unloads trucks, rail cars, or other delivery systems to fill fly ash silos.
• Weighs trucks and rail cars and records information in the operating system.
• Operate loading equipment for trucks/rail cars including water, dump, vacuum trucks or forklift.
• Perform maintenance on grounds, equipment and facilities as directed.
• Prepare reports and handle paperwork accurately.
