Job summary

The role requires flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts during peak seasons, and the ability to work well with a team in a physically demanding environment. Prior exposure to heavy machinery and basic chemical processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with chemical processes or laboratory testing is a plus.
• Strong safety-conscious approach and ability to follow regulations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload railcars, trucks, and tankers as part of plant operations.
• Store, retrieve, mix, and monitor chemicals used in production processes.
• Accurately record ingredients, weights, and temperatures, and input data into the database.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and processes.
• Adhere to safety and quality regulations including proper PPE usage.
• Report accidents or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist in planning and improving processes and product quality.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficient production operations.
• Complete required training (e.g., Lyons trainings).
• Work flexibly across day, night, and weekend shifts during peak seasons.
