Pencco, Inc. is seeking a Plant Operator to maintain safe, efficient production. You will handle chemicals, record data, and troubleshoot equipment while following safety standards. The role requires physical endurance and flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts during peak seasons.

Responsibilities include loading materials, monitoring processes, and collaborating with team members to improve efficiency. You will input data into databases and adhere to all safety and quality regulations.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional related education may be required.
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, excavators, or loaders.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Load and unload railcars, trucks, and tankers.
• Store, retrieve, mix, and monitor chemicals; input data into the database.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and processes.
• Adhere to safety regulations including use of PPE.
• Report accidents or safety violations.
• Assist in planning and improving processes and product quality.
• Work with team to ensure efficient production operations.
• Complete required training ( Lyons trainings ).
• Be willing to work flexible shifts including day, night, and weekend shifts during peak seasons.
• Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
