What You'll Be Doing

1. Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery.
3. Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with the maintenance team for resolution.
4. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
5. Assist in material handling, loading, and quality control processes.

Conditions of Employment

1. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
2. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
3. Role operates primarily in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
