About the role

As a Back Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operations of industrial systems and equipment associated with Reworld's industrial disposal process.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform operational tasks and inspections using various types of industrial equipment and tools
• Complete routine inspections and document details according to facility procedures
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report them through work order processes
• Use activity books and checklists to perform operational checks
• Perform lock-out/tag-out procedures safely in support of maintenance
• Additional duties as assigned for safe and efficient operations

Position Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Experience operating heavy industrial equipment
• Ability to work rotating shifts
