Job Summary

This position is located within the Western Midstream Rockies Region as a member of the Wattenberg Gas Processing Plant Operations team in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year, gas plant operations or related experience.
• Working experience with oil and gas operations, including a knowledge of natural gas processing facilities and related equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment.
• Experience on SCADA, WonderWare, Siemens, or similar control systems.
• Computer skills including Excel, Word, SAP, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and enforce all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Execute startup and shutdown procedures for engines, compressors, furnaces, and other equipment following operating procedures.
• Analyze flow streams using gas chromatographs and samples to maintain product specifications.
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment and prepare maintenance orders using SAP.
• Generate daily production reports and monitor operational volumes.
• Coordinate with gas control, field operations, and third parties as needed.
• Complete reports and logs accurately.
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts, inside and outside, in variable conditions.
• Monitor and operate safety and fire protection systems.
• Follow Western Midstream Core Values and participate in health, safety, and environmental culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Certifications/Licenses

Valid driver's license with no restrictions that prohibit driving a company vehicle.

Relocation

This position is not eligible for relocation.

Travel Requirements

0 - 10% travel required.

Work Schedule

12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay range in Colorado: $41.45 - $59.60, with potential bonus and benefits. Benefits may be modified at company's discretion.
