• Ability to collect data, develop solutions, and act on action plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver Procedures, Standards, and Processes for plant operations.
• Support training for new equipment, methods, and processes and assess staff skills.
• Collaborate with teams to meet performance metrics and drive process improvements.
