World Oil Corp. seeks a Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of training strategies across all departments.

The role includes delivering new hire, refresher, and remedial training in Safety, Maintenance, Operations, and Compliance, and tracking progress within the company LMS. Qualifications

• Up to one year of specialized or technical training beyond high school.
• 5 years of experience in Process operations.

Responsibilities

• Delivers all new hire, refresher, and remedial training for Safety, Maintenance, Operations, and Compliance curriculums.
• Ensures all CBT training courses are completed timely.
• Maintains operations, safety, and maintenance training programs, including documentation and records in the LMS.
• Identifies and implements improvements of training courses with plant personnel and the Learning and Development Program Manager.
• Performs refresher training as required to maintain company and regulatory compliance.
• Supports compliance efforts for federal, state and local laws and regulations related to plant operations and employee development and training.
• Clearly communicates status of employee training with stakeholders.
• Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) records.
